NOTES FROM CLIENT Hello, 60% of our Claims are centered around Worker’s compensation. We do have some General and auto liability claims as well. So the more important skill set would be around the WC experience. In that case, I’d be very interested in candidates who have managed the claim end-to-end. Someone who has worked with Third Party Adjusters but who can question and provide “push-back” or ask questions before a claim has been settled.
